The report was very educational as I did a Zillow for free but this had more in depth information regarding seller and last time sold and for how much and date and year. The showed that there is a mortgage currently on property. What they think the property is worth might be a bit high as it's not a local real-estate company but a national one. But then showed anything thing hazardous or criminals near by in a 10 mile radius. I was shocked to see it was Zillow sponsored as I did the free one first and it then showed the same price as this paid report did. But all the information was extremely helpful. If they would have said up front that it was sponsored by Zillow instead of making it look like it was something from my local state would have been more upfront and honest, But it would have deterred my from giving them a $1.00.
