Home & Co in South Woodford has been chatging extremely high rents as compared to the market. A two bedroom flat in a nearby location is listed at £1300 with other agents whereas Home & Co. asks for £1400. The charges for the tenant are also kept very vague and once the deal progresses to an advance stage, Home & Co slaps on unreasonable charges to rip off clients.
