As an owner I have found this a thoroughly opaque website where I am left with no confidence with the algorithms used for rotating position of properties or structure of fees - this latter issue I raised with the customer service in order to understand better and was met by a an automaton who could do nothing but repeat what was obviously on a sheet in front of him. The numerous pointless conversations I had on the phone with their customer service department became a source of increasing irritation. Have now moved elsewhere. Utterly useless.
