Holiday lettings are an awful company to deal with from an owners perspective. You seemingly cant speak to anyone in this country about your complaint or anyone with any authority to actually resolve anything. You go through the lengthy telephone keypad options of selecting the relevant department only to get passed to the same outsourced call centre where all they can say is that your complaint will be passed on. That is if they don't hang up on you first!
They tell you that your issues will be resolved asap. They then email you to tell you that your issue has been resolved when it hasn't. They Lie!
Whether it is malicious or just plain incompetence I cant be sure, but either way I would seriously think twice about using them.
