We made a reservation of one house in Paris. The web works very well and the instructions are clear enough. Of course the owner of rented house is an important part of the system.
The payment system worked very well and they paid back the deposit on a reasonable time after we finished our stay.
I can trust in the system. I have also an apartment which I offer through this web, but this has been the first time I reserve for myself.
