Although guest paid much in advance, Holidaylettings still hasn't paid me (it's been nearly two weeks after check-in). My Paypal is fully functional and the problem is not on my side. The customer service is unhelpful and after many messages I still get automated replies or unhelpful replies that make it look like they're not even looking into what the problem is. I feel cheated and starting to wonder if I will ever receive my money!

Update: I finally received my money, but because of the way customer support handled this (rude the whole time, and without even a simple apology at the end), I've decided to deactivate my listing.

yes, you right. Holidayletting is bad. they still making a issue to transfer my payments:
In case of failure to make payment of the dues by the time frame, we shall have to reluctantly seek the legal action - Assured Recoveries and will publish to internet, media and all daily news paper as well. As a result:
1. holidaylettings reputation ruin up.
2. c lose so many potential home owners.
3. Make them Financial injure
