I have been advertising on this site since start up and all this site is concerned with is making money for themselves not their clientele. You will start to advertise on their site and soon will see you get FAKE inquiries generated by themselves to cover their gaurantee only if its your first year and if you qualify for a long list of things that disqualifies most of their clientele. After 7 years of using the site paying in excess of $400 you will loss money if you rely on this site to advertise you home/apt. We will not recommend this site for anyone as they do not deliver the inquiries that the cheaper sites can even generate. Plus the FAKE inquiries are a real waste of your time. Real sad example of good site going bad.
