We were desperate to move to a bigger property when our first born arrived but the market was proving too slow for a sale. Desperate numerous calls to our agents for advice their usual response was to "wait it out" but obviously with a growing family we didn't see this as a viable option. We took a chance and tried Fast Sale Today and were very impressed with the efficiency with which they valued and offered a cash price for our property all in the same call (none of that "we'll call you back" business!) and got straight to the point. We had enough equity to work with and completed quickly without the usual hassle of viewers parading through your home with the agents. Definitely worth it!
