I wanted to sell as I wanted to be closer to my daughter and faced the dreadful idea of waiting for an estate agency to sell it on the market for months. After the first two months it was clear to me that they simply could not get it sold quickly enough and I decided to approach this company, Fast Sale Today, to see if they could do it quicker. I had to accept a reasonable purchase price (it's below the market value) but the service and timescale made up for this as they had it done in under a month, much better than the 2 months the estate agents wasted for me! I would recommend giving them a try if you have the equity to work with.
