“very bad company in this line of work ”

had air source pumps fitted 8 times they come back to fix then discover flow and return pipes have been put in the wrong way which meant the units would not heat up properly well after 8 months it got fixed but the md  would not give us any compensation for all the extra electric it used which cost me £2000.00 he has also blocked my phone and e mail so i cannot contact his firm he has broken his contract with me so now i have to take him to court please do not do business with this firm they are the worst there is

“Totally Inadequate & Amateur cavity wall insulation”

We have regretted using them for cavity wall installations and despite numerous emails/calls, they have still not fixed the issues they caused by trying to find out where the beads were continually escaping from our house. No survey was carried out on the property and on installation day, they turned up 2.5 hours late, asked to use our electrical extension lead and connected to our electricity (never asked if our equipment was safe to use). They then said they didn’t have enough material to do the job and would return the following day. Arrangements were made with work for a days leave and waited in all next day...never showed up & when DMS were contacted, they said the fitter shouldn’t have told us that as they are not in charge of timetable! Eventually got it done, however they missed a large hole and had to return.....then the mess started from October till the end of January. Our property was covered in beads continually coming out of the building. DMS did come on numerous occasions (not always at arranged times) to try to establish the leak, they topped up the beading and again it came back out. They changed the air bricks to smaller ones & now we have gaps in brickwork, to which one fitter said was too poor quality to leave, yet they haven’t been back to fix, despite emailing and verbally saying they would. They have now said the beading is escaping from our gas meter box and should have been picked up gas company, despite the meter box being installed over 20 years ago. They stuck silicone on the box 2 weeks ago and said they would return the next day to rectify the issues, yet they have never shown up nor acknowledged emails asking what is happening. CIGA have been notified asking that they don’t issue a certificate yet. Our advice to you if you are considering using them is don’t, get someone who rates customer service and can carry our work competently and does not require you to waste days off work when they don’t turn up despite arranging to. “Professional and straightforward installation”

I would not hesitate to recommend DMS Installations. Having just moved into a new home, the first thing on our list was to insulate the loft and sub-floor plus to provide better access to the loft space. DMS were superb from the outset, a quick no-nonsense quote was obtained from Patrick, who used our online Home Report to get all the facts he needed. That meant we had a quote and an installation date straight away, no messing. When the installation team arrived, we were very impressed by their efficiency and friendliness. They did a great job and I am very impressed by the new ladder into an easily usable space. It was a big job, I am amazed they did it in a single day to to such a high standard and with a smile throughout. Electrician finished the job by moving the light to make way for the new hatch. Once again, very professional, friendly and a great job. We have already turned our boiler down by about 25% and it is lovely and toasty!

“Nice, neat installation”

A new system had to be installed while we were away from the property so everything had to be done 'remotely'. Overall everything good and a nice and efficient new system. Particularly we must say that it looks very good - the heating unit in the cupboard looks very neat and well organised. The flat was left in excellent condition – very clean, neat and tidy. Very professional indeed.

Excellent service by both staff. Despite ferries and a few hiccups delighted at service and due to unforeseen leak almost immediate response. Back office support brill and thoroughly delighted with cost and customer service. Definitely recommend to any other Worchester Bosch oil boiler purchasers in Argyll. Straight forward no nonsence service and DMS DELIVERED !

DMS were recommended to me by my brother. From the original survey done by the person I dealt with and work carried out loft insulation by one guy and partner, underfloor insulation by another guy and Partner, heating system installed by two guys all were professional nothing was a bother to explain what their job entailed. House was as clean as before they all started, cannot fault any of the service and would definitely recommend to friends and other family. This was a company that gave me a warm fuzzy feeling if someone can get that way about renewables. I felt confident and comfortable having this company pentetrate my walls and fill my cavity with thousands of top class silicon balls. State of the art insulation with 20 years gauranttees. DMS are great and thats a fact.The company gave me wonderfull and helpfull advice and I will happyly recommend them for many many other domestic energy products for anyones home.

I was having serious problems with my oil heating system. Local heating engineer continually required. Was advised there was a leak in the pipework. Big job, floors lifted etc despite advising that there was an inspection hatch in the kitchen for underfloor access. Trawled the internet. Firstly to get info on oil central heating systems as I knew very little about oil, my other property has gas heating, and secondly to source installers with a view to getting quotes for the work required.(Renew pipework and install new radiators, plus service existing boiler) Some wanted me to go electric, others refused to use the inspection hatch for access. Phoned DMS. Salesman was very helpful, using the inspection hatch for access was not a problem. Workmen arrived promptly. They encountered several problems and were covered in dust and dirt most of the time, yet never complained. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The person servicing the existing boiler was brilliant. Gave me sound advice which I really appreciated. All in all a first class service from a great team of workers. Incidentally, I regularly use tradesmen in the course of my business, these workmen were brilliant and rank among the best I've used. Based on my experience I would definitely use this company again and would recommend.

We got bad news from another company , our oil boiler was on its last legs , so we contacted two companies for quotes , the first company was circa £6 grand , but dms were told our budget and said yep we can work with that , phew. We were given a choice of installation dates , and on cue the men arrived , they introduced themselves and got to work , first they checked the old boiler just to be sure it was goosed and confirmed the faults , plus another , in a glint of an eye the boiler was out , The new boiler was in position and left running overnight , next day they returned to finish the install , they kept us fully informed of progress . although we knew the install team was working they were helpful and considerate a big plus given my serious disabilities , finally it was time to install the wifi run thermostat , it was eventful not helped by me panicking n getting upset , the install team deserve special mention here for the kindness n patience they showed at this point , but after a call to the company who were responsible for the thermostat it was all fixed and working . I would thoroughly recommend dms , from start to finish a very professional job , minimum fuss , no mess , but top marks to install team for their hard work but most of all for their thoughtfulness and kindness , 10 out of 10 A great product installed by great staff I'm delighted

Sales Manager kept in touch troughout the process and the engineers were without a doubt the very best I have ever encountered.They were polite, knowlegeable, helpful and above all very competent. “New Electric Water Heater and 3x new Electric Radiators ”

We contacted DMS on the Wednesday to request a quotation for the Purchase and installation of a New Electric Water Heater, and 3x new Electric Radiators. On the Thursday evening, the Sales Manager, came to our property to better understand our requirements, give us advice and ultimately to recommend a suitable Water Heater and Radiators to meet our requirements, and at the capacity to provide a high level heat to each of our Rooms (Living Room and 2 Bedrooms and to heat our water rapidly. As we had just moved into our property we requested that the work be done asap.  On the Friday morning he provided us with a price which was £2,500 less than the quote we already had from C Hanlons (Fabulous) We agreed the price, and in the afternoon of the Friday he advised that the work was scheduled for the Tuesday. At 09:00 on the Tuesday the Plumbers arrived and shortly after the Electrician . The worked hard all day and by the end of the day the installation was completed and fully tested and signed off. . In addition the Plumbers and Electrician were obviously highly skilled and extremely polite, a real pleasure to have in our home When they left they took all their rubbish and cleaned up, you would not have known they had been there. He gave us a courtesy call after the installation to ensure we were satisfied with the job and had no issue. He also visited our property the next day to see / review the completed works for himself. What can I say...Spoke to the Sales Manager on the Thursday, agreed the price and scheduling of the job and installation was completed on the Tuesday a lapse time of 3 working days !!!!! This was the best end to end Service have had for a very long time. We are delighted customers - Keep up the great work and service. Our sincere thanks to the DMS Team

Excellent service from DMS from start to finish. I needed a new boiler installed at a property I rent out. My tenant had no hot water, so I needed quick action. With products and prices excellently explained, then firmed up on him talking to my tenant. I was able to confirm the order over the weekend with DMS. They then sent in a technician to install on the Tuesday. My tenant was delighted at the fast service - all in all 5 days from initial call to instillation - and so was I as DMS also came up with the best prices as other quotes came in. I would well recommend DMS on both service and price, and have already recommended them to my Tenancy Management Company.
