Lots of promises of how the property would be managed, well maybe for the benefit of the tenants but certainly not for the landlord. A very one sided approach, they did not challenge unreasonable requests from the tenants, and their level of standards when it comes to Wear and Tear - are obviously standards that don't match others. How clean is clean - I wonder what the assessor's property looks like. And no point in escalating to the management team as it will go no where...
And when the tenants submitted their notice, they were only intererested in collecting their fees. Very inefficient, lack of communications and no formal completion on paperwork. They need to take some training in communications and customer service.
