When I first came to this wonderful city of Leeds, I was a complete stranger to the people therefore was bit reluctant to approach people for accommodation, my college was nearby Hyde Park that's why I was looking for a accommodation near to Hyde Park, I met several letting agents but they failed to provide me a suitable student accommodation. Then I came across this website one day and contacted them to provide me a good accommodation at a reasonable price, now the rest is history....they provided me the best student accommodation one can ever get and that's also at a very fair price. I still wonder what I would have done if Avtar properties have not solved my accommodation problem.
