Zephyr are the manageing agents for my property, up until recently i have never had to really to speak to anyone but recently the community tv ariel stopped working, i got in touche with them and explained that we do not have sky or any other cable tv so we could not get a signal for oour television. The service I received from Jennie Cole of Zepher Property Management Ltd was first class in helping me resolve a damp issue in my property. Jenni was pro active in obtaining a specialist report from Southern Preservations Ltd who identified the problem and who offered a recommendation to solve the issue.
