I have dealt with the directors, Andrea Ruffles ARIPM and Jenni Cole MIRPM, of Zephyr the new management company since 1998, during which time they have provided the listed buildings I have been a director of, in Portsmouth and Chichester, with excellent support in the areas of property management, site cyclical maintenance and emergency rectifications, which has been cost effective and extremely beneficial, to all of my owners.
