I am currently living in a property managed by Venture and find their service to be fantastic. They are far better than our previous management company plus they have saved us money off the service charge. I have come accross Venture through a recomendation from one of my friends. He spoke very highly of the company and their property manager, this is what prompted me to contact them. Not long after, the board of directors signed up with Venture Estate Management and we have seen the positive impact this has had on the development.
