I have come accross Venture through a recomendation from one of my friends.
He spoke very highly of the company and their property manager, this is what prompted me to contact them.

Not long after, the board of directors signed up with Venture Estate Management and we have seen the positive impact this has had on the development. Not only is our property manager polite, professional, kind and nice to talk to, he has also saved us thousands of pounds off service charge. Their reduction of their management fee alone proves this is a company aimed to work along with their residents to provide a professional service.

I and the board of directors, are very pleased to have signed up with Venture.
