Urban Owners offer a good cost efficient service management service. Our block of flats has used them for 18 months now, and they have been very good at running the day to day operations (managing payments, bank account etc.) They have also been instrumental in helping us improve the financial discipline of some leaseholders - they have a good legal process for late payers etc. Their finance team has also been very responsive to bespoke issues - e.g. most recently they acted swiftly and helpfully to sort out a problem when a supplier quoted incorrect bank details, and there was otherwise a danger of our payment to them being lost in the ether. I would recommend them to any block of flats.
