Have been complaining about unsecure communal doors for past few weeks and lads breaking in and taking drugs in the communal areas and kicking tenenants doors in. still nothing has been done! everyday on the phone to them to be fobbed off and told theres nothing they can do! what do we pay our fees for?! corrupt business who take your money and dont provide any sort of service. I suggest anyone having the same problem to write and complain and and when you receive your lame reply to take it further with the ombudsman. Companies like this need to be shut down or at least make people aware they are conmen. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, you have been warned.
