“Trinity Estates - The Worst Property Manager EVER. ”

★☆☆☆☆

written by TristonSanchez161 on 15/03/2017

Trinity are appalling, truly the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to have to ever deal with.

There have been numerous issues with them over the years. We had an issue with people sleeping in the external cycle storage. They promised to fit locks. One year later the locks still weren't fitted. They fitted them after a serious assualt, which resulted in an individual being in intensive care. They have no concern for residents security.

Their staff are ineffective and take weeks to answer the simplest of queries. Even then they'll still get it wrong.

They cannot budget for toffee. Last year we had a balancing charge in excess of £100 plus over £400 for internal redecoration on top of a Service Charge in excess of £1,200. The internal redeocration charge was billed last September. We've just been told the carpets will be fitted in the next couple of months. The standard of the redecoration has been very poor.

There has been a leak in the communal garage for nearly a year and despite numerous complaints by a number of residents they are no closer to actually fixing it.

Residents property was stolen during a recent clear out of the communal garage that Trinity organised without bothering to inform residents.

Trinity charge a premium fee but provide a less than basic service. This year the service charge has increased by a further 10%. They tried to charge £75 for a replacement garage fob, which actually retails at less than £30.

The MD of Trinity is also a Director of ARMA, who claim to partially regulate the sector. The Directors of Trinity are also Directors of companies that Trinity sub contracts work too (e.g. Ottimo). How that isn't a conflict of interest, I will never know.

Sorry, I'm not prepared to share that information here.

Save yourself time and don't bother interviewing Trinity.
