I had an enjoyable tenancy with a private landlord UNTIL Sure Property Solutions got involved. The landlord handed over the running of the house to Sure Property Solutions and from day 1 they were awful. The letting agent in question told different stories to each of the tenants living there (even though we were friends and she must have known we would speak to each other), the workmen they used were diabolical (they left mess everywhere after they had finished including mud all over the walls inside somehow, and one of them even put the keyholes on the wrong way round so the privacy shield was on the outside of the room). She (the director of Sure Property Solutions) wouldn't reply to texts frequently and when she did, the grammar was often so poor that one could barely understand what she was talking about. It seemed like she found it a massive hassle to even reply to a text to us lowly tenants.

Then at the end of it all, she of course took loads of our deposit away inexplicably (apparently we should have cleaned the outside of each window) and then hang up on the phone when i tried to discuss the situation with her.

Also, if you're a landlord, i wouldn't use this company as she frequently slagged off the owner of the property behind her back.

Please, PLEASE, do yourself a favour and stay away from this diabolical 'company' and con-artist.
