I can't believe they get away with it. I have argued and negotiated over lack of communication, nothing. I don't trust them and think they must be an illegal operation. Why doesn't anyone do anything? Surely charging double the outstanding amount a month over 1 months lateness (because of lack of communication) is not right. I wish a lawyer would look into this. How can my annual charge be 108 and my late fee of one month make my total 233. They are doing it because no one is challenging them. Loan sharks!!
