We sent a cheque for our Ground Rent when we received the Bill from Simarc.

The cheque was returned stating it was received too late!!

We have tried to speak to someone at Simarc on numerous occassions, to no
avail.

We have now received demands for 150.00 in Fee's (Ground Rent is 30.00 per annum).

We have no alternative to seek legal advice.
