Insurance broker & surveyors all same owners

These guys are good at what they do...taking as much money from the leaseholders as possible and not being very helpful or respectful to the people who pay their wages. Complaints are not entertained in any way, shape or form and they simply tell you to email them with no contact name. The rest of the owners don't give a monkeys.

This is a property investment vehicle in the UK owned by a South African masters. Not many people know but the insurance brokers get in excess of 35% commission which the freeholder takes a % as a kickback. This is something they do not want you to know as they charge over the market rate to inflate the premium to get this additional income.

The various entities all have links which basically amounts to you being charged by the same overall owners.

The point is this bunch have massive conflict of interest when it comes to leaseholders! People need to push back
