They told me they managed parking when people double parked and stopped me from entering my garage. He even sent me remus leaflets to put on the car to stop him. He called them for me as well and the guy told hime @you let the other people double park so why not me". He sent out lerrters to everyone letting them know they couldnt double park. I thoiught what a great job your doing. Then the manager sent me an email:

"I would like to start by pointing out that we do not condone this behaviour and recognise it as a breech of the Lease agreement. As per your request on 9th August 2012, we contacted the offending property and outlined the rules with regard to double parking at the development."

"where we can try to turn a blind eye to double parking"

"dealing with parking disputes between neighbours falls outside of our management remit and all time spent dealing with these matters will be time charged with charges being applied to the property's service charge account"

So...they are in charge of people double parking but turn a blind eye and if i want them to do there job so i can enter my garage they will charge me extra. WHAT SORT OF MISMANAGED COMPANY ARE THEY!!
