I was paying Remus £80 a month all I could afford at the time however they wanted £115, I sent them a polite email asking them to allow me to pay this until I financially was in a better position, I heard nothing back and was sent to a company named Wilton finance who demanded £500 a month, how Could I afford that when I couldn't afford the previous ask!? I didnt hear back from them for months and Remus wouldnt discuss the account with me as it had been 'passed on' to other parties. Suddenly now I have been contacted by a solicitors known as Trethowans who have been polite and professional however despite my argument about why I should have £838 of charges are threatening to take me to court even though I sent them a copy of the Email which Remus have claimed I never sent, it had a reference number and was a 100% valid email. Remus are a joke I would love someone to wipe the floor with them, we need a professional firm who know what they are doing being ripped pff is one thing but even worse when nothing shows for it!
