LABYRINTH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT and I believe COUNTRYWIDE. Supposed to service my apartment block.
When paying for a service one expects something. These people offer nothing but excuses having taken our money. In two years the stairs to the apartment have been cleaned once. The windows have never been cleaned. The Garden is a disgrace, so much so that neighbours are complaining of weeds and shrubs growing under their fence and starting to destroy it. The outside front door is so dirty in can hardly be described as white. These are all things mentioned in the contract. Not to mention the non existent TV aerial.
Try to get in touch with these people. You'll be lucky. They send out invoices with no itemisation and threats if you are a bit late paying yet they have done nothing. They do not answer emails or letters or return phone calls - despite promises to do so. If you do manage to speak to someone they are full of excuses. The best one is that they cannot afford to carry out the service they should because not enough residents have paid up or the developer has not kept them in the loop - that's a laugh because they don't keep anyone in the loop! If they take on a job it is up to them to carry it out if they are taking money, it is no good making excuses.

How do we make an official complaint to these people? I've had more issues with them than is worth putting on this and the problems are continuing, let's take action people because technically if they are offering us a service we are unhappy with we can refuse to pay!,,
