Where to start. Having moved in, we had no hot water for nearly 4 weeks, and were met with unsympathetic, unhelpful attitudes from the company from the start. After this, we experienced terrible mould problems, a broken toilet seat (which in the end we had to buy and replace ourselves despite moving in and it being broken), and various other problems. I second that, took 3 months to chase agency people for getting my cooker done. At last when I got tired of repeated emails about getting it fixed, they termed it was not on their list of urgent tasks. I warned them am getting it fixed and sending them reimbursement charge and then they fixed it. All this took 2 months, that means I couldn't cook.
