Currently going through disputes procedure as bond been held back nearly two months due to countrywide losing files. Manager always unavailable due to Manager meetings but never it seems meetings relating to customer service as no promised callbacks materialse. Disorganised chaos, Would not recommend AVOID AVOID AVOID
