“A Company that is rotten to the core”

Everybody at my development without exception despises this organisation because of their appallingly inadequate service. Emails ignored, completely incomprehensible bills - perhaps that’s by design.

The management of this company very clearly simply do not care. Seriously does anyone really believe all that guff on their website – everybody I know that has had dealings has been completely disgusted by this outfit and the low grade incompetent staff that work for these sharks.

My neighbour lost a sale because the buyer found that Countrywide were the management company, they knew their reputation and backed out of the deal.

How do the people the work for this outfit sleep at night knowing the misery they cause to people?

I can only agree with all the above. Since Countrywide took over the 'management' of the building i live in 3 years ago, they have continuously sent incorrect demands for payment . I have paid my service charges every month by standing order since 2006 and yet their computer shows i owe them £750 !! They have employed solicitors based at the other end of the country to hassle me for payment even though i do not owe anything ..Although i have done everything to prove their computer 'debtor' statement is incorrect and out of date they will not resolve this and it is dragging on for months. Totally useless and malicious company who deserve to go out of business. there's a nice thought.....
