“Admin staff not reliable and incompetent”

The property manager is incompetent, not replying to emails and not carrying out due work. They always have to be chased for the work that needs t be carried out, the maintenance is not good for what they charge. The property Manager often does not reply to queries and subsequently needs to be called times again. Not acceptable. Some of the fees are not fully supported. Overall, a poor service.
