Worst company i have ever dealt with, spoke to a very rude lady on the phone who shouted at me and said you listen to me.!! Ground rent £150 now they want £200 2 days later....... Said was their error and should have never sent out letters in first instance. Advised in lease states £150 wants me to email a copy as they dont keep leases..... This company is a joke, a money making waste of space. Thinking of starting my own lease company and helping all of us out! Will drop charges etc. We should all get together and not pay these clowns....!!!!!

Want all their charges in advance however says not in the lease!

Make me sooo mad this company i wouldnt even recommend them to a doll!
