“Friendly, professional and good value”

I've lived in 3 of their properties over the past few years (one in Burnaby and 2 in Abbotsford). These buildings were all very well maintained, affordable and the onsite managers / caretakers have all been friendly, professional, helpful and I really appreciate the "community atmosphere" they foster. Some minor repairs take a while to get fixed but that seems to be true in any apartment I've lived in. I would, and have recommended Capilano to friends and family.
