These apartments are filthy, nothing gets fixed even after multiple letters to head office. Capilano Property Management ignores any requests for repairs that are needed,urgent or not no one gets back to you or your requested to submit letter after letter. Doesn't matter how many letters have been written the company ignores them all. These people are called SLUM LORDS and are only in the rental business for the all mighty DOLLAR. Get it together and start providing the services to your PAYING TENANTS.
