I have let property through Braemore since 2002 and their overall service has been very good. Any problems have been occasional and were dealt with promptly and professionally. I would definitely recommend them.

I could probably get cheaper rates elsewhere, but friends who have used other letting agents report poorer service and having to sort problems out themselves, so you get what you pay for.

Of course they have axe to grind, they've been ripped off.
