“Although the xu86 is not touted as an HD capable PJ it...”

Although the xu86 is not touted as an HD capable PJ it is able to display HD images via DVI, or component to 15pin D-sub adapter. The latter should, however, not be dismissed as a poor mans connection for those who wish to enjoy their Blu-Rays or HD-DVDs', more as an alternative to the DVI input. This hookup may come in handier for those who wish to display images from ,say, a ps3 but need to access the HD audio via HDMI to go to a Home Cinema reciever. This is how i've used this unit for nearly 5 months now, and can safely say as long as you remember its' limitations you should be more than happy with the image it can produce. Be careful not to over saturate the image in the setup menus' and you'll be fine. Ps3 users wishing to display HD games and Blu-Ray on a budget this is just for you.
