Not only have I found their forms to be easy to create with more options and far fewer less restrictions than most online form builders, their online customer service is exceptional. When I have a question or need some help stat, they are waiting there in a handy little chat box.

Peter and Nico have provided customer service that leaves every other online service I use far in their wake. They are friendly, efficient, will go well beyond your expectations to make sure your forms work just as they should until your 100% satisfied. They also follow up with an email to ensure that's always the case.

I am working with massive forms (well over 150 complex questions) and use a combination of all of their features including many many Likert scales. I had a form giving me some trouble after applying templates and neither Peter or I could solve it. Within an hour Peter emailed me letting me know they got the engineering department on the case and wrote new code to prevent further issue. All of this for $29.99/month?
