I was so surprised on how easy it was to use the 123 Contact Form. It is extremely flexible and with a very reasonably priced upgrade of less than a cup of coffee a month I had so much more to work with. I encountered a user based problem and contacted their customer support. As I am in Australia I did not hold much hope with regard to a reply as the website hosting I am using, uses generic answers and I thought for the price I am paying for this app I would be lucky to hear from them. Obviously we are a little ahead on the world clock but within a few hours I had a reply to my question. The support staff were friendly, informative and extremely helpful and worked with me to resolve my issue. I would highly recommend this app for someone looking for a Form Submission app. One very happy customer :)

I stumbled across 123 contact form 3-4 years ago after spending a lot of time and money using freelancers to build my forms. They were only a small company then but what they had to offer was still 100% better than what I was getting from freelancers. I had zero skills but even I could work the interface out, I was building forms in minutes, forms that I had recently been paying £50 a throw for. I did of course run into problems, nobody’s fault but my own. I wanted to utilise every feature on my 1st day something that wont ever happen if you know absolutely nothing about html and css. Asking for support normally means getting the hammock out. I have waited days with some companies in fact I am still waiting for a reply from an email I sent to my web design software company 3 years ago. Not with these guys, Florin came to me rescue within a few hours, she sorted everything out and has mentored me from then on. As their form features grew so I expect did their company. More plans were offered but they still made a point of telling me that because I had been with them from the start then I would always benefit from a large loyalty discount. I took this with a pinch of salt because even those with the best intentions tend to forget as time goes on. Now’ 4 years on I have a Platinum account and a gold account that I opened for a friend. I run about 100 forms give or take and take payments grossing over 100k per annum using their forms. There is no longer a need for your typical shopping cart as you can do it all just by utilising all the form features on offer with this company. Their support is 2nd to none, they equal my hosting company where I spend fortunes. Whenever my time comes to re-new my plans then my discount is always there. They could easily say “that it was for a limited time only” but they don’t. They have helped me with numerous unrelated issues with regards to web design issues, coding etc. They can not do enough for you. From what I can gather these guys are Romanian, well there is a lot that most western companies could learn from these guys and their business model. They are top drawer, you can not fault them in any way what so ever. I don’t know how many companies there are out there offering similar services and to be honest I don’t care. I am a Real Estate Coach and Trainer and have seen almost all form builder but the flexibility and ease of use with 123 Contact Forms is second to none. I will be including 123 Contact Forms in my future presentations. Support is unbelievable. I had submitted an email at 11:20pm at night from my FREE account and they responded within 2 hours!! Even upgrading to the paid service is still less than most other providers. If you want an easy to use form or event scheduler get 123 Contact Forms right now!!

I have recently started using this service and find it absolutely fantastic. It was very easy to set up a form and within a short I was sending out the link to invite people to a CPR course. It served me well and served several purposes in that one invite. I have since upgraded as I am now using this for my small company that does medical research at a University. It is being used as an event logging system that makes staff members report on important events such as teaching, workshops, meetings and conferences. This will greatly assist our organizations quarterly reports on activities. The stats component will help to some extent too. My last comment is on the excellent service I received by the on-line chat support service as well as by email. They helped me in a relatively short space of time to accomplish what I wanted to do and had the patience to understand what it was i needed. I was very pleased with the service I received and I believe this is a good reflection on the organization.

Using for an in-house-built pizza ordering system with e-commerce back end. Easy to use for the most part. And whenever we hit a speed bump - an email to support generates a considerate, human response in less than 24 hours. More amazing - they actually take our feature requests seriously, and most of the time they've developed the feature! Within one or two weeks, generally! This is extraordinary service on top of a very functional, very reasonably priced online software. Really is like having an in-house team of software engineers. I built a very complex medical form for a client using 123 Contact Form. Before we purchased the plan, I contacted the help desk to ensure the application could do everything we needed. They responded immediately and gave me a free upgrade subscription while I built the form. The functionality we wanted was partly custom, and the help desk went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me get all the features added and then corrected when there were issues. Some of the custom functionality we requested, they added to the full system and some they added to just my form and printing template. With a normal client, the platinum plan probably would have done all we needed. With this client, I used the platinum plan and the support staff helped me to add a few special features. The only downside to working with the help desk is they are in Romania and I am in the US and the time difference slowed us down a little. I found that if I sent them a request in the afternoon, they worked on it overnight and often had it resolved or in process by the next morning. They were also available on live chat in my daytime/their nighttime, which I really appreciated. I did find one particularly outstanding help desk person and tried to work with her whenever I could but really everyone did their best, just that some had more skills. We did a customized printing template which is a little burdensome, but once I understood that I needed to complete my form 100% before I started the customized printing template AND got a little help from the help desk on html codes I needed for special things, all went fine. I can't say enough about the staff at 123 Contact Form. I hope we'll have another opportunity to work with them on a website construction in the future. No encontraba el modo de hacerlo y les he consultado mediante la opción de soporte la respuesta ha sido rápida y satisfactoria ....todo eso en un producto gratuito ¿se puede pedir mas?.
