    This is the second cruise we ' ve been on with this company. Last year we travelled on the Sea Princess and had a wonderful time so we didn ' t think twice about booking with you again. However, we couldn ' t believe the low standards of the Grand Princess when compared to her sister ship and are bewildered how there can be such a drop in quality over the space of just a year.The ship was highly overcrowded and the crew were stretched to their limit trying to cater for all the passengers. ...

    i paid £3.100 for an out side cabin with an out side area on Grand Princess.I was told that i would get food and soft drink all inclusive.When i got on the boat i was charged $139 for two people to have soda refills for the cruise.Tea was charged as was juice.I was not told that every thing u buy on the boat has to be charge to you cabin card in dollars.If u pay your card at the end of the cruise in pounds then they charge you boat rate which was £190 MORE to ...

    the whole experiance with DFDS Seaways, Princess of Norway, Bergen was the most horrendus weekend of our lives. there was a incident on the ship on the way to amsterdam and we had to be moved rooms, three of us were put into a room for 2, then the receptionist announced to whole ship on the tannoy our names and rom number so we had to move again, in 2 nights we had three rooms!! the attitude of the staff was not helpful, we had to speak to the english police on the phone in the middle of ...

    Excellent and friendly Princess Cruises ship workers. Everyone smiled and helped you out as needed. The ship itself is beautiful...very clean including rooms. Beds were comfy! We were lucky and stopped at every port of call with no delays except on the last night when there was difficulty getting a tender aboard the ship. The food was average to good. Desserts although they looked great didn't taste like much. Pizza was not good! Drinks were expensive and you paid to even have ...
