Bought this machine to replace a Karcher K2 model which had packed up after only 14 months. The Nilfisk boasted a metal reliable pump, lots of power and a good name, bought from the Cleanstore in Jan 2009, initialy very happy, but after 12 months started to loose some pressure, would fail to start when the trigger was pressed. just out of warranty. Now after 3 and very little use, the entire pump is scrap. Nilfisk very un-helpfull and local agent will not repair as it is not worth while, cost of labour at £42/hour and parts is nearly double the replacement cost. Not happy at all, this machine should have done better than this.
