Swim Away From These Sharks!!

Opened a Business account with this company, It all went well for few months.

Then all a sudden could not access the online account, or via cash card, Contacted the company by phone, was told the "team who deal with this are not answering" and was told they will call me back!

They never called back!! rang again the next day, was told the same thing again, and same story again "bet these guys have a "autocue" as they all say the same thing!

Anyway they just would not give a straight answer why the account is not working, or even give me a balance on the account!

Got peed off so asked them to close the account down, the lady over the phone said not a problem, "any monies we have will be sent out as a cheque"

I am still waiting for the cheque but sadly the "no Postman, Pigeon or even a delivery drone has visited me!

As a small independent business we rely on every penny but Cashplus has taken my money and left me out of pocket...

No explanation why account was not working!!
No cheque sent out!!
This company makes you feel like a criminal and a 3rd class citizen!!
Banks are at it again "ripping people off"

!!!!!Feel really let down!!!

Being a Graphic and Web designer, I am in process of launching new complains Website, Facebook and Blog Site designed for Cashplus or any brand associated with the APS , AFL Group.

Where us Citizens can report any issues we have with this company. Website address will be posted here soon....
