Main Complaint
My main complaint is that I received a text with load limit exceeded please call. I did this the next day and apparently in the small print I had not read that you can't put more than £15,000 on the card my fault(Normally one expects there to be a problem on going overdrawn?not too much going in)
Customer service said they could increase the limit (I also said I would transfer funds out so that I wouldn't go over the limit).I asked for a call if there was a problem but was reassured that this should be OK. They did not contact me so I assumed all OK until I rang a week later to find they had refunded the money to the source. On phoning Cashplus again I asked for them to get a manager to phone me (They confirmed they record their calls so I asked them to listen to it prior to the call?) They assured me they would call back and asked me for a best time ( I waited from 11.30am - 6pm however no-one rang. When I contacted them I was told that it was unlikely that a manager would do that, however as the customer here, I would expect it and why was I told they would?
I phoned the company where the source of the money came from but they said they hadn't received it back. Phoning Cashplus again they said it takes 4 working days (which these days in itself is poor!)
This for me is still an going saga! watch this space

find it hard to believe that someone with £15,000 paying it on to a credit card question is why? these cards are meant for poor credit consumers
