okay then so if you can not get a normal bank account with a high street bank then i guess this will have to do but cashplus is not good they make out like its a good deal but in reality it is really not.they charge you £4.95 a month for having the card...£10 for rejected direct debit fees and 99p for every cash withdrawal. like it is not enough that you pay £5 a month for the card , when you add it all up you will see it is not worth it . the customer service agents are not interested when you speak to them about a issue and they put u on hold for at least 10 minuites bearing in mind this is a 087 number . i had two direct debits coming out on the same date one for £62 and one for £20 .. there was £83 in the account . i then get a message saying direct debit rejected charged £10.. confused because there was enough money in there , then i realise they had waited till my direct debit due date to take the £5 monthly charge for the card, when they was suppose to take it 4 days before on the 28th like they do every month. so in my eyes they deliberately did it to get a £10 out of me . they denied this of course. i would advise that if u can go with some one else then do but if not and you need a bank account then go ahead u get online banking a text when money goes into your account not bad if you have money to frow away every time you take money out of a cash point!

We try very hard to make sure our fees are crystal clear and we have a number of pricing plans available to suit customers, depending on how often the account is being used.

For example, our Flexiplus pricing plan has no monthly fee, but you’ll pay a small fee each time you use the card to make a purchase or withdrawal. Or if you’re mainly using your card for cash withdrawals, our Deluxe plan doesn’t charge for these at all, but it does have a higher monthly fee.

Looking at the issue you’ve mentioned, without knowing the specifics of your situation, I can’t explain why your monthly fee was charged on a different date. However, I can assure you that our systems are automated, and this fee would never be manually applied to your account.
