I have to say having been in business for over 30 years this is the biggest mistake i have ever made, they have kept my money paid in for over a week as it was above my limit, when i finally got my money they have now not let me transfer it out. Customer services cantg sort anything out and you cant contact head office by phone. they are ripping you off people... AVOID THEM LIKE YOU WOULD AVOID EBOLA

We have limits in place to ensure we comply with regulations, however I apologise if your limits weren’t made clear enough before you made the transfer.

Without knowing the specifics of your situation, I can’t comment on why this happened, but I can assure you that our top priority is getting money into customer accounts, in as close to real-time as possible. Holding customers money isn’t in our interest, and we’re not allowed to do so by law.

For some possible explanation as to why you’ve been unable to withdraw your money, please see our website help page on account access levels. The third FAQ details what limits are applied to accounts.
