Cash plus Creditbuilder

I have had an specific Creditbuilder Cashplus account for more then 1 year, paying in time,correctly the monthly fee.Closed the account in legal terms and conditions,despite that fact after so long of awaiting hoping an positive report from Cashplus... NO even one single positive report sent to the credit ratings agency's .. Recently called the Customer Services of Cashplus waiting on the line for more then 20 min on 0871.. cost per min..to enquire some informations ,no happy at all with the answer..no helpfull at all..as you expecting from an customer service, was ready to put the phone down as soon as possible ..saying that they are not the one who sent the feedback to the agency and to call the Credit of bureau of the credit agency.I think this is not right.Not an clear answer,Why it is called Creditbuilder? ?To me after more then 1 year of loyal customer, no credit rating has improved ..I hope my experience will help others .
