Up to the end of march 2014 I was able to use the normal land line number printed on the back of the card, BUT now that number and all their other land line numbers have been disconnected or have been block from UK callers with a message saying that this number is only for use out side the UK and I have to ring via their 0871 line, at 10p per minute to get my balance. The service was very easy to use but now it keeps you on the line for ages and costs a fortune.

I suggest you avoid this card.

Banking Ombudsman is now aware....

Why don't you check your balance online? It's free and quicker to do.
