I've been with cashplus prepaid mastercard for 10 months then the problems started as i had reached my yearly top up limit of £2000. never received any warning texts or emails that i was nearing my limit hense i deposited £75 in my account and coudn't touch it.no the problem started as i phoned customer services for 11 mins then i hung up as i music for 11 mins it cost me £6 on my mobile.you don't get a msg every min letting you know where you are in the que so you have the option to call back later its been 2 weeks now since i made my deposit and i fear i may have lost my money to these scoundrels AVOID look elswhere .
