The card is simply just a rip. To call customer services you have to pay for a premium call charge, there is no facility where if your cash is lost abroad they can send an replacement funds which other card offers such as thompson and ryanair card. The card is full of hidden charges and the customer services is appalling. There is no live online support what so ever.

Its an account with constant charges.
They charge you a pound to withdrawl cash.

I can second this persons advice on this so called card,a £5 a month charge and everytime you use any hole in the wall it's a £2 straight off charge(any cash point) this company must be laughing it's head off "such fools".Best one yet they offered me a loan before i got paid seemed great,hardly no interest at all you do is pick the day you pay them back np's :-) nah no such luck i picked a friday as am paid early on friday np's huh,no.They charged the card on that friday at 2 00 am and i did tell the lovely customer service ppl (that are ALL! foreign with hardly any grasp of the english lang at all i must have had to re-peat myself 15x made for a lovely phone bill)my money comes in about 9 00am np's they said big mistake.As for i asked for a loan again weeks later and they told me i failed the last payment and it was near equal to fraud,but they did tell me wait for their computer to reset things will be ok.So i asked 1 year later for another loan only to be told i was blacklisted from ever getting a loan.I asked to speak to her boss the asain lady told me she has no boss LOL she is the only person i can only speak too can you believe this after all the cash i have gave this company.Use a loan shark less hassle negitive 1000 out of 10 and oh yes they will change your payment date at anytime without worning and mess up all your direct dept's like they did 3x to me.

Just a thought in reply to all these negative reviews. Do you think Mastercard and Co-operative Bank would associate with this Company if they were fraudulent???
