I have purchased scanpan low sauce pot and I have had issues with it. I am now on my fourth pan in the space of about 4 years!....HOWEVER it cannot go unsaid that all four were replacements sent to me after returning the product that was pealing and blistering on the inside surface. Each pan I have had has done the exact same thing, despite cooking on low heat and cleaning as per instructions etc....all have blistered and pealed. This product DOES have issues HOWEVER Scanpan are VERY VERY obliging and do uphold their 10 year Warranty with a full replacement which is FANTASTIC news! So you feel at least your money didn't go in vain unlike other products I have purchased were the company offer replacements etc but escape the Warranty with some pathetic excuses (like for eg. Anolon). So for me 10 out of 10 for service (in Australia anyways) but the product itself not all what it is advertised to be and I personally wouldn't buy it again.
