This is the worst frying pan i've ever used. i paid $400 for a scanpan commercial pan. the thing lasted 4 months! i complained via email to their service department called meyer. i got your standard automated response telling me that i've either washed my pan in the dishwasher or cooked on medium to high heat. Yeah.....so? apparently these pans can't handle medium heat......Right. so please, for the good of humanity and common sense, go and buy any other pan on the market.
