I wouldn't give Yodel any stars if I had the choice.
My parcel was delivered to the wrong address for a start and then notified me that it was at my address, it was only when I got curious and contacted them that I found this out.
I then tried to ask four different people on their chat function what the best way to get my parcel was and whether they could help me contact the or A driver to go and pick it up and deliver it to the RIGHT address as it was their fault and they said the feedback would take 48 hours.
The people I spoke to the chats to were super unhelpful and clearly the driver couldn't read properly or be bothered to find the right house.
Not happy.
My brother also worked for Yodel last year and they pay their staff near to noting - awful service, awful company.
